Information
Hours
Revival is open 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends. Hours are always by appointment only and we do not accept walk-ins. Please do not knock or bang on the door as it is a distraction for those receiving massages. If you are looking to purchase a gift card, please call the office first so we can ensure a staff member will be available to take care of your transaction. You may also purchase gift cards through our website. If our office is closed on a major holiday, it will be announced on our social media or a message will be left on our voicemail.
Booking
We operate by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins. While we do our best to accommodate clients looking for immediate appointments, we recommend contacting us with as much notice as possible to reserve your desired appointment, especially on evenings and weekends. While we do our best to communicate via email, the most efficient way to schedule is to call 401-270-5077. If you reach our voicemail, please be sure to leave a message as we may be in session or assisting customers. We return all messages within 24 hours! You may also book appointments and purchase gift cards by visiting our website.
Appointment emails/text messages are sent to clients who opt in to our notifications and reminders are sent prior to the appointment. This is done as a courtesy to our clients and we are not responsible if a client does not receive a notification.

Please note that we reserve the right to suspend a client's online booking privileges at our discretion.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are always available for purchase by visiting our website. If you would like to purchase a gift card in person, please first call the office to set up a time to stop by so that we can make sure to have someone available to help you. ALL GIFT CARDS MUST BE PRESENTED AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Gift cards are not kept on file or saved under your account. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards never expire and are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed same day as purchase.
Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to hold all appointments as part of our cancellation policy. By providing your credit card information, you understand and are authorizing Revival Massage & Bodyworks to charge the card in the event our cancellation policy must be enforced.
Twenty-four (24) hours notice is required if an appointment needs to be cancelled or changed to avoid a cancellation fee. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee equal to the value of the services scheduled will be charged to the credit card provided. If you must cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we recommend contacting the office as soon as possible - if we are able to fill the appointment with another customer, your card will be reimbursed. If you do not call to cancel an appointment or do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged full price. No exceptions.
Our cancellation policy is occasionally increased to require 48 hours notice during high traffic holidays (such as Valentine's Day). If our office is closing due to inclement weather or a city wide parking ban, we will contact you with as much notice as possible and reschedule the appointment for another time.

What to Expect
-
Please fill out the digital intake form emailed to you prior to your appointment.

-
We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow sufficient time to fill out the required health history and consent form, as well as discuss your session and expectations. Remember, your actual hands-on time begins and ends at the time reserved specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time and you are still responsible for the full price of the service. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a "no show." No services will be performed and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
-
Before the massage, your therapist will review the form with you and address your individual needs.
-
Your therapist will instruct you to undress to your comfort level and get on the table, under the sheets. They will then leave the room, allowing you to do so in private.
-
Your therapist will knock before entering and will ensure your comfort before beginning the massage session.
-
Your therapist will adjust pressure to your preference - please feel free to speak up if you are uncomfortable in any way. We are always happy to adjust pressure, table temperature and music if requested.
-
Following your massage session, the therapist will once again leave the room, allowing you to dress in private.
Policies
-
When entering our office, please keep conversations to a minimum and silence all cell phones and electronic devices.
-
Cell phone use is prohibited during all sessions.
-
Revival Massage & Bodyworks is not responsible for damage caused to any personal items that are not properly stored during treatments.
-
The only people allowed in a treatment room during a session are the client(s) and therapist(s), except in the case of a minor client who is welcome to have a parent/guardian in the room if preferred. Other guests are welcome to wait in our waiting area.
-
Minors must be supervised at all times while in our common areas and can not be left alone in the waiting room during sessions.
-
Smoking, vaping, outside food and drinks are not allowed on premises.
-
Unfortunately, Revival is not handicapped accessible at this time. Our current location features a flight of outdoor stairs that clients must use to enter and exit.
